Dixie is the perfect real estate agent for us.  For us time is always an issue and Dixie was always available on short notice.  We would often see a house that we wanted as a revenue property and needed to get in immediately and view the property.

 

As investors, we have specific criteria and knew exactly what we wanted as did Dixie.  He would contact us whenever something came up that met our critieria.  This proactive response was appreciated when looking for a home for ourselves or as a revenue property.  Time was never an issue for Dixie.  We knew when we walked in if we wanted the property.  You need to walk throught alot of homes before we match the criteria.  Dixie had all the time we needed and we never felt rushed during a showing or writing up an offer.  Dixie always willing to present the offer just as we wanted and always offered sound advice when we inquired. 

 

To date we have purchased and listed many properties through him and have referred at least a dozen people to him.  We have recommended Dixie to many friends and business acqaintances.  His honesty, integrity and humour are a pleasure to work with.  We have used Dixie as our sole agent in Alberta since 2002.
